ABSTRACT In the thesis to present, the objective is to identify the influence of associative in trading for flower producers in the district of Namora – Cajamarca to the market in United States, 2018. An analysis of the international, national and local market was carried out showing mainly statistics of exports and imports. Good praxis of flower producers is analyzed so that to take them as an opportunity for improvement for the producers in the district of Namora – Cajamarca so as to generate competitive advantage. In order to do the research, bibliographical material was revised, as well as surveys were carried out to 15 flower producers. In addition to this, interviews were conducted to 2 experts in the production and marketing field: Willy Paredes, Industrial Engineer and Luis Chavez Menbrillo, Forestal Engineer, by doing so data was gathered considering the study variables thus validating hypothesis and developing research. As a result, producers of flowers in the District of Namora could meet the market demand by forming and association which will help them to grow individually, improve their production, increase their sales, reduce costs, type packaging, crops, higher percentage in incomes, among others. We can conclude that the producers of flowers in the District of Namora – Cajamarca, already grouped in a partnership can venture the new demanding markets such as The American market.
