At the present time, organizations face different changes, so they have new trends to improve their competitive advantage. One of them is to have an organization committed to job development; that is, that human talent meets a high level of satisfaction. Many companies seek an adequate organizational climate with the purpose of their employees feel satisfied, that is why this research has as a precise objective the relationship between these two variables: organizational climate and job satisfaction, in the collaborators of a dedicated company to the advice and support of international exchanges located in Miraflores during the second half of 2019. The study was conducted with a sample of 30 workers from different areas. The organizational climate questionnaire of Koys and DeCottis (1991) was considered, which has 40 items divided into 8 dimensions and the questionnaire “labor satisfaction scale” of Sonia Palma (1999) that contains 36 items focused on 7 previously validated dimensions. The results found a significant Pearson correlation (r = 0.582 and p <0.001), establishing that if there is a relationship between the organizational variable climate and the job satisfaction of the employees of the company under study.
