Fresh water shortage is a worldwide uncertainty, since, according to studies, it is expected that by 2030 this resource has already decreased by up to 40 percent of what exists. In 2014, Lima generated 1'202,286 cubic meters of residual water daily, of which only 21.2 percent went through a treatment method, despite having 43 Wastewater Treatment Plants. The National Building Regulations contemplate design parameters and treatment methods for wastewater focused on the industrial sector but not on residential buildings. Likewise, it does not mention a probabilistic or mathematical method that allows separating gray water from black water. The research proposes a mixed system integrated in a physical and biological way through a design of a grey treatment system by ultrafiltration membranes in a 7-story multifamily building, Lima, 2022. The variable, greywater treatment, through ultrafiltration membranes, it seeks to make the drainage network independent of gray water, generating economic and water savings of more than 10 percent. The research is descriptive, under the quantitative methodology, it is developed through formulas and probabilistic calculations to obtain results. In addition, it is not experimental, because the calculations and methodologies are based on theoretical results, but not practical. The result is the estimation of dimensions of the pipes and treatment system; the water and economic savings generated in the building, managing to exceed the percentage raised in the hypothesis.
