Architecture must arouse our senses, from ancient time, it seeks to create different emotions through the interaction of materials and shapes but at the same time should be flexible and intuitive, this are the basis of universal architecture, Mace R (1963). The architecture must eliminate barriers as minimize risks of involuntary actions and proportionate the same ways of use for all people, in recent times, architecture has been focused into the sight, leaving the connection between the building and the remaining senses, forgetting an integral architectural experience, this represents a major problem for people with physical disabilities, especially the individuals with vision impairments, since they can’t interact with the architecture in to harmonious way. The present thesis seeks of the development of an Educational Center in Los Olivos District that revalidate the sensory experience of people with visual impairment through the stimulation of the remaining senses, integrating them to the architectural experience giving am safety and independent movement. Through the analysis of architectural cases, implement design guidelines that involve all the needs, wants and limitation of blind people, considering their capabilities, based in the way for blind people to conceives the space, they mentally construct elements from the interaction with their remaining senses to recreate the element, in this way the architectural case adapts the way that they conceive the space bringing them safety and comfort.
