Relación entre los requisitos técnicos y el cumplimiento de la planificación de proyectos en la empresa ENOSA

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre las características técnicas de un proyecto y la planificación, ya que esta última influye en los efectos que se desean controlar o modificar en un determinado entorno de cualquier tipo. Para encontrar los resultados se utilizó un diseño no experimental del tipo longitudinal, correlacional haciendo uso de un método cualitativo, donde la población muestral estuvo conformada por 45 proyectos que se han desarrollado durante los años 2021 y 2022 en la empresa de distribución eléctrica ENOSA. Para recolectar los datos se ha usado la técnica denominada de análisis documental y el instrumento de la lista de cotejo para determinar cómo se relacionan las dimensiones de las variables que se han identificado en el problema de esta investigación. Luego de realizar el análisis de todos los proyectos se determinó que existe una relación directa y significativa entre las características técnicas y la planificación de los proyectos; así mismo se determinó que existe una relación significativa entre las dimensiones de especificaciones técnicas y costos con la planificación de un proyecto; igualmente se determinó que existe una relación significativa entre el orden cronológico con la planificación de los proyectos. Como conclusión se obtuvo la existencia de una relación es directa y también significativa entre las características técnicas y el cumplimiento de la planificación de los proyectos en la empresa ENOSA de la ciudad de PIURA, confirmándose la hipótesis de la investigación.

The objective of this investigation was to determine the relationship that exists between the technical characteristics of a project and planning, since the latter influences the effects that are desired to be controlled or modified in a certain environment of any type. To find the results, a non-experimental design of the longitudinal, correlational type was used, using a qualitative method, where the sample population consisted of 45 projects that have been developed during the years 2021 and 2022 in the ENOSA electrical distribution company of the Piura city. For the data collection, the documentary analysis technique and the checklist instrument were used to determine how the dimensions of the variables that have been identified in the problem of this investigation are related. After carrying out the analysis of all the projects, it was determined that there is a direct and significant relationship between the technical characteristics and the planning of the projects; Likewise, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of technical specifications and costs with the planning of a project; It is considered that there is an equally significant relationship between the chronological order and project planning. As a conclusion, it was obtained that there is a direct and significant relationship between the technical characteristics and the fulfillment of the planning of the projects in the ENOSA company of the city of PIURA, confirming the research hypothesis.
