Estudio comparativo entre la modalidad de despacho aduanero diferido y el despacho aduanero anticipado vía aérea en el Cenares, Lima 2022

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue determinar qué, factores diferencian el despacho aduanero diferido del despacho aduanero anticipado en las importaciones aéreas del CENARES en el periodo 2022, y qué tan beneficioso sería acogerse a esta modalidad. La metodología aplicada en el estudio es descriptivo, comparativo, no experimental, de tipo transversal. Por lo que para su realización se empleó la base de datos de la entidad, de la cual se obtuvo información acerca de los tiempos de liberación, los costos en las importaciones, así como otros indicadores que diferencian a ambas modalidades. El resultado obtenido del análisis de estudio comparativo lo que demostró que solo se necesitó 0,10 días en el canal verde y 1,30 días en canal naranja para poder nacionalizar el producto lo cual demuestra que la aplicación del despacho anticipado ha permitido reducir de manera importante el tiempo total de liberación de las mercancías, así como los gastos de almacenaje. Finalmente, se concluyó que definitivamente es viable realizar los despachos anticipados en el CENARES por temas de costos, ahorro de tiempo, y simplificación de trámites aduaneros la cual optimiza la trazabilidad de todo el proceso de importación y por ende una mayor eficiencia en la distribución de los productos.

The objective of this research work was to determine what factors differentiate deferred customs clearance from early customs clearance in CENARES air imports in the 2022 period, and how beneficial it would be to use this modality. The methodology applied in the study is descriptive, comparative, non-experimental, of a cross-sectional type. Therefore, for its realization, the entity's database was used, from which information was obtained about release times, import costs, as well as other indicators that differentiate both modalities. The result obtained from the comparative study analysis showed us that it only took 0.10 days in the green channel and 1.30 days in the orange channel to be able to nationalize the product, which shows that the application of advance dispatch has allowed a significant reduction the total release time of the goods, as well as the storage costs. Finally, it was concluded that it is definitely viable to carry out advance clearances at CENARES due to cost issues, time savings, and simplification of customs procedures, which optimizes the traceability of the entire import process and therefore greater efficiency in the distribution of goods. the products.
