This research has managed to describe the logistics management handled by the importing company of electronic spare parts. The research design developed was descriptive, also called phenomenological, and with a qualitative approach, allowing the collection of information through the research instrument that is the interview guide and the interview technique as a means of data collection. This interview was carried out with 3 employees of the company, made up of the head of the financial area, operations analyst, accounting and portfolio assistant. The results obtained were able to fulfill the main objective of describing logistics management, this management consists of a grouping of three categories: 1. Management of the Distribution of Goods, 2. Strategic Management of Technology and 3. Management of Procurement; Likewise, its subcategories have been determined, which are: 1. Stock management, 2. Distribution strategies, 3. Information technology, 4. Strategic planning in logistics, 5. Handling of goods during transport, 6. Supplier management and 7. Customs Management of Goods. In summary, according to the results obtained, the company must apply new strategies to increase its profitability in its final sale prices, reducing the dependence on outsourcing, as well as innovating and updating the technologies that are used.
