Propuesta de implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la norma OHSAS 18001:2007 para reducir los riesgos en el área de producción de la empresa Agroandino SRL-San Pablo

Abstract

RESUMEN Actualmente la empresa Agroandino S.R.L no cuenta con un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud, por ende los trabajadores están expuestos a diferentes riesgos y no cuentan con un ambiente seguro para que puedan trabajar; es por eso que se propuso la implementación de un Sistema de gestión y Salud en el Trabajo basado en la Norma OHSAS 18001:2007 para reducir los Riesgos en el área de Producción de la empresa Agroandino SRL-San Pablo, para lo cual se presenta una investigación bibliográfica de los sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional actualmente usados a nivel nacional e internacional. Al inicio se presenta el planteamiento general del problema basado en la medida en que la implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional en el área de producción de la empresa AGROANDINO S.R.L reducirá los riesgos en el área de trabajo; sosteniendo que con la propuesta de implementación del sistema se reducirán los riesgos en la empresa durante la jornada de trabajo. Para la elaboración se utilizó el check list, guía de observación, la norma OHSAS, ley 29783, mapa de riesgos y formatos de seguridad. Con el objetivo general y específico se definió la elaboración de una propuesta y el procedimiento para la implementación de la misma; posteriormente se presentó toda la metodología utilizada en el proceso de elaboración del trabajo, siendo el tipo de investigación pre experimental. Luego se mostró los resultados, definiéndose la propuesta de implementación del diseño del sistema de gestión, cuya planificación se desarrolló en base a los procedimientos y formatos requeridos por la norma, tales como IPERC (identificación de Peligros, Evaluación de riesgos y controles), requisitos legales que nos mantendrán encaminados al cumplimiento nuestros objetivos y programas. En conclusión se encontró que al implementar un sistema de gestión y seguridad en el trabajo se obtiene un B/C de 1.86 siendo, por lo tanto, viable y se recomienda implementar un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo; debido a que se evitarán costos de multas y se obtendrá un porcentaje de beneficio económico. ABSTRACT Currently the company Agroandino S.R.L does not have a Health and Safety Management System, therefore workers are exposed to different risks and do not have a safe environment for them to work; that is why the implementation of a Work Management and Health System based on the OHSAS 18001: 2007 Standard was proposed to reduce the risks in the Production area of the company Agroandino SRL-San Pablo, for which a bibliographic research of occupational health and safety management systems currently used nationally and internationally. At the beginning, the general approach of the problem is presented, based on the extent to which the implementation of an occupational health and safety system in the production area of the company AGROANDINO S.R.L will reduce the risks in the work area; maintaining that with the proposal of implementation of the system the risks in the company during the working day will be reduced. For the elaboration, the checklist, observation guide, the OHSAS standard, law 29783, risk map and security formats were used. With the general and specific objective was defined the preparation of a proposal and the procedure for the implementation of it; Afterwards, the whole methodology used in the work preparation process was presented, being the type of pre-experimental research. Then the results were shown, defining the proposal for the implementation of the design of the management system, whose planning was developed based on the procedures and formats required by the standard, such as IPERC (identification of hazards, risk assessment and controls), requirements that will keep us on track to meet our objectives and programs. In conclusion it was found that when implementing a management and safety system at work, a B / C of 1.86 is obtained, therefore, it is viable and it is recommended to implement a safety and health management system at work; because fines will be avoided and a percentage of economic benefit will be obtained.
