La Norma Internacional de Contabilidad 19: Beneficios a los empleados en la empresa TCPI S. A. C., en el año 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “LA NORMA INTERNACIONAL DE CONTABILIDAD 19: BENEFICIOS A LOS EMPLEADOS EN LA EMPRESA TCPI S.A.C., EN EL AÑO 2019”; cuyo principal objetivo es describir la aplicación de la NIC 19 en la empresa en el año 2019. La metodología del presente estudio, el tipo de investigación es cualitativa, con un diseño descriptivo, con una población basada en los trabajadores de la empresa, obteniendo una muestra de 6 trabajadores, mostrando que la técnica utilizada durante la tesis es la observación, el cuestionario y la entrevista con la finalidad de llegar a describir la aplicación de la NIC 19 en la empresa. Entre los resultados obtenidos que se observan en las tablas y figuras, se concluyó que la empresa ha cumplido con calcular, registrar y pagar los beneficios de corto plazo y terminación a sus trabajadores, acorde a lo señalado en la NIC 19 y a la normativa laboral del Perú.

This research work entitled “THE INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTING STANDARD 19: BENEFITS TO EMPLOYEES IN THE COMPANY TCPI S.A.C., IN THE YEAR 2019”, whose main objective is to describe the application of IAS 19 in the company in 2019. The methodology of this study, the type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive design, with a population based on the company’s workers, obtaining a sample of 6 workers, showing that the technique used during the thesis is observation, the questionnaire and the interview in order to get to describe the application of IAS 19 in the company. Among the results obtained that are observed in the tables and figures, it was concluded that the company has complied with calculating, registering and paying the short-term benefits and termination to its workers, in accordance with the provisions of IAS 19 and the labor regulations of the Perú.
