The objective of this research is to determine the correlation of the neuroleadership approach of senior management with the teamwork of the collaborators. The research is quantitative, correlational; non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The study population and sample consisted of 15 employees hired by the company for the year 2021; the technique used for data collection was the survey, the instrument used was the questionnaire; being structured with 25 questions for each of the variables, said surveys would in turn be structured in five dimensions each of them; For the evaluation of the “Neuroleadership“ variable, its dimensions are based on the SCARF model, which are: Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Social Relations and Equity; then for the variable “Teamwork“ its dimensions are based on the theory of group functioning whose dimensions are: Communication, Feeling Cycle, Idea Cycle, Synergy Cycle and Recognition at work. The reliability analysis of the instruments yielded a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.8768 for “Neuroleadership“ and 0.8468 for “Teamwork“. SPSS software was used through the Pearson Correlation hypothesis test, presenting the results at a significance level of 5%, concluding that: With a significance level of 0.00291%; the neuroleadership approach in the company HyM Almacenes Generales S.R.L; It has a considerable positive correlation of +0.867 with respect to the teamwork of its collaborators, for which the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
