This research work is of a mixed type, of non-experimental design, and is entitled “Factoring and its influence on the liquidity of the company Gas Peruano S.A.C. Independence, 2019”. Whose objective is to determine how factoring influences the liquidity of the company Gas Peruano S.A.C. For this research, factoring theories were used, this financial tool being of vital importance, since it allows the company to convert credit accounts into cash in less time, thus avoiding the generation of instability due to not having enough liquidity to assume its obligations and above all manage to maintain its position in the market. This work allows us to analyze and evaluate Collection Management in order to determine an improvement in relation to the liquidity of your accounts receivable. For this purpose, the sample was made up of 1 expert from the company Gas Peruano S.A.C. and 1 expert from Industrias Petrogas S.A.C., who have been applying this tool, conducting an interview and documentary analysis of accurate and necessary information. Finally, with the information obtained, comparative tables of the Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement and Cash Flow, for the years 2018 - 2019, of the company under investigation were made. determining that factoring does influence liquidity and indicating that today it is a financing alternative to obtain working capital and that it is increasingly used to provide liquidity to companies that work on credit.
