The purpose of this document is to improve the flow of the production process of an advertising agency located in Lima through the application of each stage of the DMAIC cycle supported by the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) tool together with the Kanban methodology. Within each stage, activities that do not add value were identified, causing delays in the delivery of the service offered to end consumers. Likewise, a high Work in Process (WIP) time was visualized due to not prioritizing the activities of each team member and the workload overload. Therefore, as an improvement plan, each process that did not generate value for the organization was eliminated, the new production process was standardized, and a Kanban board was developed using the Jira Software management tool. As a result, the mentioned solution implementation had a positive impact on the percentage of late deliveries, achieving a reduction of 29%. Additionally, Lead Time was reduced by 25%, and Work in Process decreased by 17%, allowing these indicators to mitigate the economic impacts generated by the lag in service deliveries.
