The high staff turnover rate is one of the main problems that plague Call Center companies in Peru; However, there are few organizations that analyze in detail the impact of this problem on the company's profitability. The objective of the following study is to analyze the possible causes that generate these high turnover rates, their impact on the administrative structure of the company and; in turn, generate strategies to mitigate the problems of the company IMPULSA 365 S.A.C., with respect to the year 2023. Likewise, for this study, an internal analysis of the company and its external situation was carried out to identify possible causes of the problem. Also, qualitative methodology was basically used through interviews carried out with active collaborators of the company and the subsequent review of research articles and different documents, collecting information from experts in personnel rotation, in order to collect possible reasons why collaborators choose to resign and thus have a better diagnosis. Finally, among the alternative solutions, it was chosen to improve and make the salary scale more attractive, generate greater benefits, create a scale of extra bonuses for permanence in the company and for the achievement of objectives and recognition when collaborating.
