This research seeks to define the necessary criteria for the correct design of a CETPRO (Productive Technical Education Center) for young people with disabilities, which contributes to the existing infrastructure deficit in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. For this reason, a rigorous analysis of the typology was proposed through reference projects according to the project, the land and its surroundings were investigated, and the specific users were explored to know their needs and provide them with immediate help through Sensory Architecture, as an emphasis. With it, the integration of travel and transition spaces was achieved, so that the pedestrian can enjoy the environment, not only for the activity that occurs in the space, but for living in it. Finally, a formal proposal appropriate to the area and the user was proposed, where the student with disabilities is the protagonist of the designed architecture.
