The present work consists of a pre-feasibility study for the installation of a plant for the manufacture of evolutionary hoddie for children and young people in Peru from sectors A, B and C in the age range from 3 to 14 years old. The evolutionary hoddie will be made of knitted materials (flannel with spandex, jersey and rib 2x2) and will be made with waistbands, rib cuffs, buttons, elastic that will allow it to regulate and grow according to the size of the person using it; in addition, there will be 3 sizes: size 1 (from size 3 - 6), size 2 (from size 8 - 10) and size 3 (from size 12 - S). A market study was carried out using the survey method to analyze the target market and determine the purchase intention and intensity of the product to be manufactured and sold. On the other hand, the location of the plant will be located in the district of Villa el Salvador in Metropolitan Lima, from where the hoddie will be distributed to our physical stores and the distributor who will be in charge to deliver the products to the clients at province, the consumer price will be S/ 75,00. The plant size of the project will be equivalent to the demand that we will have in the last year of 120 883 hoddies and we will have a break-even point of 29 404 hoddies. The production area of the garment plant will have a production capacity to 145,815 hoddies /year. It will measure 25.09 m x 21.40 m and will include the cutting, printing, sewing, and packing areas. A total investment of S/ 4 474 904 will be required, of which 60 % will be equity capital and the other 40 % will be a bank loan. The results obtained from the economic and financial evaluation indicate a NPVE and NPVF of S/ 2 527 137 and S/ 3 555 390, respectively. Likewise, we obtained an internal rate of return of 30,24 % (economic IRR) and 45,23 % (financial IRR) which are higher than our COK of 15,14 % and WACC of 13,94 %. Finally, the financial ratios obtained indicate that the project will have the capacity to cover its short-term debts, be profitable and avoid financial leverage; in addition, the social evaluation of the project and a sensitivity analysis were performed.
