This work refers a experience that took place in 2014, in a peruvian industrial fishing company, where was developed a project to standardize the recognition processes for the objetives, goals and behaviors alignment achievements for all the employees in the organization, which in turn was considered an organizational operating plan because it was aligned to the organization's strategy. It was possible to determine the main causes of the low uniformity and integration that the existing recognitions had, to develop a unique and proper concept of uniformity, the determination of the key criteria to being able to prioritize the recognitions based on their impact and relevance in order to ensure a fair and transversal award and the definition of a single award system through granting points for the exchanges of various flexible prizes. At the end of the project, 25 types of employee recognitions were mapped, it was possible to go from 4% to 100% of uniformity in one year, it was posible to optimize the award budget since expenses were provisioned after based on the awards chosen by the participants therefore giving a better follow-up and a fairly precise control instead of an annual budget and finally also it contributed to the improvement of the organizational climate since the results obtained in the questions related to the perception of the recognition and benefits went from 68 points on average to 80 points average according to the Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey of 2014 vs. 2015
