The following work aims to understand the effects of bioplastic degradation when replacing the raw material with avocado seeds among other fruits and vegetables. One of the main problems that affects the world is pollution due to the large amount of solid waste that is discarded daily, in tons, covering all countries, generating an excessive accumulation of garbage. Now, inland, recycling of solid, organic and inorganic waste is scarce in Peru, therefore, these wastes end up in seas and oceans. Everything explained above occurs while plastic production remains constant and lucrative in active business. In the context of contamination and the use that will be given to avocado seeds, a bibliographic review methodology was chosen in the production of bioplastics from these seeds that are not usually required for a second use. Several articles were compared, such as the investigation of the production of bioplastics from avocado seeds with other organic waste. This comparison will reveal the components they have and are necessary to produce bioplastic. This will demonstrate the viability of replacing plastic packaging and reducing pollution.
