This research project addresses the main problems that occur within the supply chain, specifically in the warehouse and dispatch area of the company's finished goods. In this context, the central problem arises from the low level of perfect order delivery (EPP) within a paint manufacturing industry. For this reason, it has been used to design a logistics management methodology that allows improving delivery levels in a more optimized way. According to the literature, there are different ways to use solution tools to counteract problems within the supply chain. Most tools are grouped into the Lean Logistics methodology as a solution approach with low cost and efficient short-term results. Therefore, it gives us as a starting point to design the methodology based on these tools that the literature provides us. One way to quantify the central problem is through the KPI indicators, which according to those investigated, we have obtained the variables of perfect order deliveries (EPP). Which are: Orders delivered on time, correct orders, orders without damage and correct registration documentation. During 2022, 9,210 complaints were recorded out of 29,443 orders (33% of complaints compared to total orders). According to the variables mentioned above, the initial situation of the company consolidates 70.68% of EPP in 2022, which through data collection and kaizen analysis, it is obtained that the most frequent complaints are: delivery delay, incomplete orders , packaging in poor condition and incorrect orders. The Lean Logistics Methodology allows the implementation of various management techniques that promote the optimization of processes, which various authors take as a basis to improve supply chain management. These techniques are: Kaizen Analysis, PDCA, Kanban Analysis, 5'S, Bizaggi, VSM, Visual Management, control KPIs and decision-making management techniques. For the development proposal, 2 phases were carried out: Initial Situation and Final Situation. The analysis of the initial situation gives us the results that the main causes of low PPE are the work carried out manually, induction and training on data updating and the entries and exits of the products that are registered in the warehouse. After applying the methodology with the proposed techniques, they have made it possible to eliminate activities that do not generate value, eliminate downtime, more trained personnel, standardization of processes, among other corrective actions. The final situation gives expected results of 80.94% EPP, an increase of 10% compared to the initial situation, thus improving customer satisfaction levels and the company's productivity.
