The following work shows the success of the implementation of the PDCA cycle, 5S and Kraljic matrix in a food concessionaire located in Ica in the province of Nasca, Peru. This company had problems in the purchasing process, storage and suppliers. The company was able to reduce supply costs in the procurement process, resulting in 95% customer satisfaction, 45% sales profitability, a 2% reduction in returned products and a 40% reduction in unforeseen expenses. Finally, procedures were established to standardize processes and maintain continuous improvement, such as the storage and handling of raw materials and supplies, evaluation and verification of suppliers, and measurement of customer satisfaction. Implementation of the PDCA cycle, 5S methodology, Kraljic matrix, food concessionaire, reduction of supply costs, sales profitability, reduction of returned products, reduction of unforeseen expenses, standardized procedures, continuous improvement, storage and handling of raw materials, supplier evaluation and verification.
