This business plan examines the implementation of home automation equipment in the Lima residential market, identifying growth opportunities in the context of an increase in demand for smart homes. The analysis focuses on the design and installation of equipment that integrates automatic systems to improve safety, energy efficiency and comfort, responding to the contemporary needs of residents in Lima. The study is segmented into five chapters that span from theoretical foundation and market review to the validation of the target market, action plan, and financial analysis. It identifies an upward trend in residential technological adaptation, with a particular interest in domotic solutions that provide tangible improvements in the quality of life for users and represent a significant market opportunity amidst growing environmental awareness and security challenges. The research details market segmentation strategy, product differentiation, and customer experience, emphasizing the importance of consultancy and technical support. A range of product packages is proposed, establishing a competitive pricing structure and a focus on maintenance services. The financial analysis forecasts an annual sales growth of 20% and a positive NPV, with a payback period of 3.6 years and an IRR of 40%. It concludes that despite challenges, the implementation of home automation in Peru represents a financially viable and strategically robust investment, with a growing market and unmet demand offering fertile ground for expansion and consolidation in the emerging sector of home automation.
