This research presents an improvement proposal whose objective is based to reduce nondelivery of orders in a company in the rubber sector in Lima. To do this, the tools of the Lean Manufacturing methodology will be used. The research is structured in four chapters where the development in each section is detailed. In the second chapter, the company to be treated is specified and the diagnosis analysis is carried out. The third chapter presents the proposed model that integrates Lean manufacturing tools. In the fourth chapter, the validation of the pilot plan and simulation was carried out. The level of order fulfillment wad validated, obtaining an increase of 21.6%, exceeding the expected standard. In this way, optimal results are achieved for the company.
