This research presents an improvement proposal whose objective is based to reduce nondelivery of orders in a company in the rubber sector in Lima. To do this, the tools of the Lean Manufacturing methodology will be used. The research is structured in four chapters where the development in each section is detailed. In the first chapter, theoretical information is provided through a literature review regarding 5S implementation tool, work standardization and TPM. In the second chapter, the company to be treated is specified and the diagnosis analysis is carried out. In this regard, it was evident that the causes that originated the problem are due to two reasons, which are nonproductive time and machine stoppages, generating an impact of 12.80% annual revenues; In addition, a gap of 20% was identified with respect to the sector, being below the standard of the level of compliance of the rubber industry. The third chapter presents the proposed model that integrates Lean manufacturing tools. In the fourth chapter, the validation of the pilot plan and simulation was carried out. The level of order fulfillment wad validated, obtaining an increase of 21.6%, exceeding the expected standard. In this way, optimal results are achieved for the company. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this research project are presented.
