In response to the economic recession in Peru, many Peruvians have sought new sources of income, with multilevel marketing standing out due to its appeal to entrepreneurial spirit. This method has become popular in sectors such as household products, cosmetics, and dietary supplements. This thesis focuses on two service centers of DXN, a company known for its dietary supplements containing Ganoderma and its network of over 70 branches nationwide. The objective is to develop a strategic marketing plan for the DXN service centers in Chaclacayo and Huaycán, focusing on customer loyalty and differentiation from the competition. Following a diagnosis based on surveys, interviews, and fieldwork, issues identified include low customer loyalty, lack of a marketing and after-sales service plan, low turnover of skincare and personal care products due to lack of promotions and incentives, customer dissatisfaction with product availability, and low attendance at training sessions. To address these issues, the plan proposes implementing loyalty cards, offers and promotions, sales staff training, delivery service, improvements in store ambiance, and strategies for disseminating inspirational, educational, and informative content through online and offline media. The required investment is S/495,446.65, with an expected increase in company value of S/2,000,810.37. This thesis aims to serve as a guide for other multilevel marketing outlets, providing effective strategies for customer loyalty.
