Warehouses or distribution centers choose have an impact on the entire supply chain of the company, which often results in not providing the time or analysis required, because frequently these do not belong to the main activities in the organization, but rather They play a supporting role. The main objective of this work is to increase the service levels in the orders delivered to its customers, reducing their returns and reschedulings, which are currently the main problem. These problems mainly cover two reasons, one of them is the low productivity due to having high order preparation times reaching 12.72 un/hr and on the other hand, we have the low inventory reliability obtaining an accuracy in inventory registration of 87.85 %. The proposal or solution to the problem includes the execution of the Lean Warehousing methodology and Cycle Counting, for this we have three solution stages to achieve the increase in the evaluated management indicators. The results achieved from the proposal showed that the service level increased from 84.26% to 98.30%, productivity increased from 12.72 one/hr to 18.5 one/hr and inventory reliability increased from 87.85% to 98.40%. Finally, the analysis of the economic flow reached a benefit-cost ratio (RBC) of 5.08, which makes a viable project.
