The high competition in the hardware retail sector between the modern and traditional channels makes the company focus on providing better service to its customers. Within this group of clients, there are construction specialist clients (bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, etc.) The company has a loyalty program called Circle of Specialists (CES), which offers the construction specialist to register and thus become a member of the program and thereby obtain benefits between discounts and promotions. Only the partner must drive sales, recommending their customers to buy in the company's stores. This marketing strategy is supported by a technology solution, which is a system that manages the registrations of construction specialists and is integrated with the promotions process, which will apply discounts to members when they go to buy at the store. of the company. It is worth mentioning that this system contemplates the guidelines of the data protection law framework. After the implementation of the solution, sales and customer purchasing frequency were increased. Likewise, it was possible to increase the number of members registered in the Circle of Specialists program.
