This Professional Sufficiency Project (TSP) related to the Administration area addresses the quality in the processing of sales orders in a slot machine manufacturing and marketing company, as it is a fundamental factor for achieving the company's objectives. This TSP aims to analyze and propose solutions to the current problem: the recurrence of errors and non-compliance with established procedures for configuring sales orders. The research seeks to analyze three proposed solutions that contribute to obtaining sales orders with correct information within the established timeframes. It is divided into three essential parts or chapters: the current situation of the organization and its problems, the proposed solutions, and their impact through the solution alternatives. These solutions were found thanks to the literature reviewed regarding the Total Quality Model, General Systems Theory (GST), Lean Thinking, Business Intelligence (BI) Model, Knowledge Management, and Change Management. Among the proposed alternatives were the integration of company software, the automation of parts of the process, and the implementation of improvements in the online repository: SharePoint, where procedures are stored online. In the last chapter, a comparative analysis of the alternatives suggests that automating parts of the process is the best option to solve the problem of making errors and failing to comply with established procedures.
