The effective management of the supply chain and organizational processes emerges as a crucial element for business success in the current landscape. The seamless integration of all stakeholders, both internal and external, through strategic communication and efficient process management, emerges as a fundamental pillar for effective operation. This integration not only provides a comprehensive view of the company's operations but also allows performance evaluation through metrics such as Supply Chain Performance (SCP) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The implementation of technologically advanced systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), stands out as an essential tool for efficient management of organizational resources and effective integration of all areas of the company. However, the success of these initiatives largely depends on the identification and resolution of internal problems, as well as the promotion of an organizational culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation. Furthermore, proper warehouse management emerges as a critical factor in ensuring a steady supply of materials essential for operations. The efficient administration of subprocesses such as receipt, storage, and transfer of goods significantly contributes to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
