The research work to the Peruvian company Naturex Company S.A.C. has the objective of proposing the best alternative solution to the problems found in the company. In the first chapter, the selected company is presented in general terms, with emphasis on the context of the organization, analysis of the environment, internal and external analysis. This chapter also presents the diagnosis of the problematic situation and its consequences.
