When businesses undergo a general expansion within the organization, it's typical for specific processes to be overlooked. This oversight directly impacts the supply chain, as the logistics department struggles to efficiently coordinate with other departments to meet supply requirements effectively. This professional sufficiency project focuses on analyzing the procurement process of Novum Solar, a company dedicated to the generation, transmission, and distribution of photovoltaic electrical energy in various regions of Peru. Using qualitative methods such as interviews and flowcharts, the aim is to identify the best solution to address the challenges the company faces in its procurement process. The project is divided into three main parts: firstly, the fundamental activities of the company and its position in the market are examined. Secondly, the specific challenges currently facing the organization are identified, especially those affecting the execution of the procurement process. Finally, alternative solutions applicable to the operational reality of the company are proposed. It is important to note that the scope of this project is limited to presenting a solution alternative for Novum Solar, which will be evaluated from administrative and procurement process optimization perspectives to ensure its viability and effectiveness.
