The design of the replacement of normal concrete with concrete with rubble has been determined, based on the mechanical property of the concrete using type I Portland cement. For which; Two mix designs were taken with w/c ratio (0.68) and with a slump of 3”. 25 cylindrical specimens were prepared and cured for each w/c ratio in accordance with ASTM C 192 and ASTM C 39. These results in their tests are ages of 7, 14 and 28 days respectively. The mix design was carried out for a compressive strength of f`c 140 kg/cm2; with mixture design with normal concrete and with rubble concrete resulting from the demolition of housing in the Trujillo area, maintaining the same w/c ratio of 0.68 for both designs; having a constant value in the amount of aggregates that was used for the test carried out, it was also possible to determine that for both mixture designs with normal concrete and rubble concrete at the age of 7 days (normal concrete has a compressive strength percentage of 70% compared to rubble concrete, 78% was obtained), at the age of 14 days (normal concrete has a compressive strength percentage of 85%, compared to rubble concrete, 85% was obtained) and finally after 28 days of curing, normal concrete has a compressive strength percentage of 115%, compared to rubble concrete, 116% was obtained. It should be noted that it was observed that the Resistance according to the aforementioned ages does not harm the standard Resistance, which is F`C 140 kg/cm2
