The present research is correlational, quantitative; The objective was to determine the relationship between factors associated with the post-traumatic growth of the COVID-19 pandemic and nursing care in a public hospital, Trujillo, 2023. The sample was made up of 60 nurses from the Belén Hospital in Trujillo. To whom 2 questionnaires were applied, where the first determines the factors associated with post-traumatic growth that were within them; age, sex, marital status, educational level, length of service and negative event. The results showed that nursing care was high in 78.3% and low in 21.7%. Only post-traumatic growth factors such as age, marital status, educational level and length of service are associated with nursing care because the significant value is less than 0.05
