Objective: To determine the factors associated with migraine in 4th and 5th year medical students, Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, 2024. Materials and Methods: An analytical cross-sectional study was carried out, where 177 medical students of the 4th and 5th year of study, who met the determined inclusion criteria, were included as a sample. Results: Of the 177 patients, 9.6% had migraine. In the bivariate analysis of the sociodemographic factors, age (p=0.002), sex (p=0.038), year of study (p=0.003), study cycle (p=0.023) and socioeconomic level (p=0.034) were associated with migraine. 034), in pharmacological factors, self-medication (p=0.019), in psychosocial factors, depression (p=0.034), anxiety (p=0.016), stress (p=0.004) and sleeping hours (p=0.003), in dietary factors, consumption of fatty foods (p=0.010), dairy products (p=0.030), stimulants (p=0.007) and alcoholic beverages (p=0.004). Conclusion: It was concluded that the factors associated with migraine in 4th and 5th year medical students were: age, sex, year of study, study cycle, socioeconomic level, self-medication, depression, anxiety, stress, sleeping hours, consumption of fatty foods, dairy products, stimulants and alcoholic beverages
