In this research, we have worked on the implementation of the BIM methodology and its productivity, taking as a model a multi-family home designed with the BIM methodology. What is intended in this research is to learn more about the productivity of this methodology that seeks to optimize time, costs and make work dynamic with different software and collaborators. To carry out this project, the architectural design was carried out with all the client's finishes, demands and changes, which has been developed with what was already established with the client. In addition, the structural pre-sizing was carried out according to the architectural requirement, urban parameters and foundation considerations, this leads us to already have a LOIN 2 level modeling. Subsequently, the structural analysis was carried out which was taken from the 3D modeling to be executed in the software this 3D analysis will provide us with the new parameters on dimensions, locations and structural quantities necessary for static and dynamic structural functioning. At this stage the dynamism of working with these tools is evident since these changes are easy to make and apply both structural and architecturally. Then the sanitary installations of cold water and drainage were carried out, at this point the interferences are evident since the structural and architectural modeling is being worked on, ensuring that these installations are given correctly and do not hinder the execution of the project, being in the design stage where all these types of interferences or construction conditions are seen. To evaluate the process and coordinate new project decisions, visits were made to the client. And at the end of the project, a form and an interview were completed where she was satisfied with the finished project. Finally, a comparative analysis will be carried out between the BIM Methodology and the traditional system.
