This research work has as its development point and location in the Marmot district on the LI-106 highway, the crossing of KM60 to KM63, applying the Bitufor system to the structural design of the pavement. That is why the topography study was carried out to determine the orography of the place studied, a vehicle counting study was carried out, determining that the design IMDA is approximately 1,055 vehicles/day, which classifies it as a third-class highway, with two 3-meter-wide lanes and a road; This must be paved, and finally the study of soil mechanics in which the corresponding pits of 1.50 m were made. depth, allowing samples to be obtained for the corresponding analysis, obtaining a CBR result of 12% for the Subgrade, classifying it as a good subgrade; According to these collected results, using the methodology and parameters of AASHTO 93, the flexible pavement was designed, achieving thicknesses of 10 cm, 25 cm and 30 cm corresponding to the layers that make up the pavement (tread layer, base and subbase). Using the crack reflection criteria (developed by the Belgian road research center) and the Bisar 3.0 software, the deformations and stresses were determined to evaluate the design of a new flexible pavement using the Bitufor system, achieving a reduction of 20” the thickness of the wearing layer and reducing the cost of the pavement by 8.96% compared to hot flexible pavement
