The present thesis titled aimed to determine to what extent software with QR geolocated technology improves attendance control for the staff of the company Mts Group Peruvian Restaurants S.A.C. It arose from the need to improve the inefficiency and susceptibility to errors in attendance control, a problem that not only consumes valuable time but can also lead to errors, affecting the accuracy of accounting for hours worked. The general problem being: “To what extent does the software with QR geolocated technology improve the attendance control of the staff at the company Mts Group Peruvian Restaurants S.A.C., Cañete, 2023?“ In the development of the thesis, QR geolocated technology was applied as a nimble and dynamic alternative. Finally, regarding the results, it is mentioned that it reduces the average time used for attendance control and decreases the average time for the preparation of payment reports, it is concluded that the software with QR geolocated technology significantly improves the attendance control of the company Mts Group Peruvian Restaurants S.A.C. It is recommended to grant the necessary importance and emphasis to this attendance control process to contribute to the use of QR technology in future research.
