The purpose of the research work that we make available was to review what we know regarding Information Technologies and its positive relationship for the development of human resources management in the company GROUP CORVETZA in the Imperial Cañete district, with the purpose of enhancing and perfect the processes and management in order to transform into a company with greater commercial scope and that the professional and work performance of its employees may achieve new and better goals. For the preparation of this research work, we used statistical and primary information collection tools, such as questionnaires, as primary sources, the material obtained was from the surveys carried out with the company's workers, which corresponds to 61 people. These results stated that information technologies are positively related to the optimal performance of activities and processes in human resources management, which were corroborated with statistical evidence. We therefore consider in this research that an appropriate establishment and execution of information technologies represent an indispensable element towards improving human resources management, raising the worker's capabilities, knowledge and competencies.
