Resumen: En este proyecto de tesis se llevó a cabo el desarrollo e implementación de un sistema experto con el objetivo de mejorar la Orientación Vocacional en la I.E.P. San Pedro Quinocay, demostrando su viabilidad y beneficios tecnológicos e institucionales. El objetivo principal consistió en determinar la influencia de un Sistema Experto en la orientación vocacional, con el propósito de mejorar los indicadores de tiempo y eficacia del autoconocimiento de los estudiantes. Para el control y seguimiento del proyecto, se utilizó la metodología CommondKADS y la experiencia de un psicólogo experto para desarrollar una metodología consistente. El experto evaluó y validó el test, generando con ello una base de conocimiento con fórmulas matemáticas y Python. Validamos las hipótesis con IBM SPSS Statistics y utilizamos tecnologías como Angular, NetCore, SQL Server y MongoDB. La población de estudio estuvo compuesta por 20 estudiantes de quinto año de secundaria, utilizando una muestra no probabilística. Se aplicó un diseño experimental de pre prueba y post prueba con un solo grupo. Los datos fueron recolectados utilizando fichas de registro. El propósito del sistema es proporcionar una herramienta que permita a los estudiantes identificar sus propias capacidades e intereses personales, así como brindarles información relevante sobre carreras y centros de estudios superiores. Además, se busca que el sistema sea una herramienta de apoyo para los expertos en su labor de asesoramiento vocacional.
In this thesis project, the development and implementation of an expert system was carried out with the aim of improving Vocational Guidance in the I.E.P. San Pedro Quinocay, demonstrating its feasibility and technological and institutional benefits. The main objective was to determine the influence of an Expert System in vocational guidance, with the purpose of improving the indicators of time and effectiveness of self-knowledge of students. For the control and monitoring of the project, the CommonKADS methodology and the experience of an expert psychologist were used to develop a consistent methodology. The expert evaluated and validated the test, thus generating a knowledge base with mathematical formulas and Python. We validate the hypotheses with IBM SPSS Statistics and use technologies such as Angular, NetCore, SQL Server and MongoDB. The study population consisted of 20 fifth-year high school students, using a non-probabilistic sample. An experimental design of pre-test and post-test with a single group was applied. The data was collected using registration forms. The purpose of the system is to provide a tool that allows students to identify their own personal abilities and interests, as well as provide them with relevant information about careers and centers of higher education. In addition, the system is intended to be a support tool for experts in their vocational counseling work.
