The present research work entitled “Internal Control and its impact on the Administrative Management of the District Municipality of Pacarán periods 2018-2019“ had the following objective: To analyze how internal control influences the administrative management of the District Municipality of Pacarán, periods 2018-2019. The research design was non-experimental, descriptive and correlational, with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 17 people working in the administrative areas of the District Municipality of Pacarán. In this sense, non-probabilistic sampling by convenience of the author was used. The techniques used for data collection were documentary analysis, observation and interview. On the other hand, two questionnaires were used as instruments, that is, one for each variable. The questionnaire was validated by expert judges. The statistical model used was Pearson's Chi-square. The results of the statistical analysis show the existence of a relationship and a significance of p=0.007 shows that p is less than 0.05, which indicates that the relationship is significant. In this sense, this research work concluded that internal control has a significant influence on the administrative management of the district municipality of Pacarán.
