-- The study had like objective to determine if a relation between the primary migraines and the macrocospic face asymmetries in patients of of 6 to 13 years of the Faculty of Odontolgy of the Greater National University of San Marcos exists. In order to determine the prevalence of migraine in the pediátrica population a test with the criteria of macrocospic IHS 2004 was used and the facial asymmetry were divided in soft weave Asymmetries and hard weave Asymmetries, to determine at first the method of the photography was used and for second I am used panoramic x-rays with the technique of panorograma of Simoes symmetry. One determined that the prevalence of Migraines in children was more of 34,78% appearing in women than in men with a 1.66 relation.
