--- In many cases the researcher needs techniques to extract information or know the data structure and visualization methods for partial or full knowledge of the underlying process that generated it. This thesis develops new techniques and algorithms for exploratory analysis and reduction of multidimensional data using tensor based on the analysis and also proposes a new technique of simulation data from a multivariate normal distribution, using the reverse process of technique of Principal Components. Among the techniques developed are Rose Diagram, Pie Chart 3D Projections cylindrical and spherical surfaces, among others. Also some of these new techniques proposed were based on Projection Pursuit developed by Friedman and Tukey in 1974. The results were good in most cases. Where success was not taken in by his hard spherical histogram interpretation. The best results were obtained by projecting the data on a cylindrical system, where even have the ability to display discordant data.
