-- Objective: To determine the degree of agreement between clinical and urodynamic diagnosis for urinary incontinence in women, in the Central Military Hospital and The Urology and Uroginecologic Centre. Methodology: An observational, descriptive and transversal study was conducted. We reviewed the medical records of women treated patients in the urology department of the Central Military Hospital and Uroginecologic Centre (UROGYNSALUD) during January 2010 to December 2011 Results: A total of 61 patients were included, with a mean age of 57.47 ± 15.00. Within clinical diagnoses we found a higher frequency of Stress Urinary Incontinence-SUI (70.5%), followed by Urinary Urge Incontinence-UUI (14.75%) and finally Mixed Urinary Incontinence-MUI (14,75%), on the other hand, in the case of diagnosis by urodynamicswe found firstly SUI (37.7%), followed by UUI (26.2%), MUI (24.6% ) and other diagnoses (11.5%). In the analysis of agreement, in SUI we found a clinical diagnostic sensitivity of 82.6% and specificity of 36.8% and their agreement K=0.166. As UUI had a sensitivity of 31.3% and specificity of 91.1%, with the consistency K=0.26. Finally in the MUI had a sensitivity of 6.7% and a specificity of 82.6% and their agreement K=-0.124. Conclusions: There is a low to fair agreement between the clinical and urodynamic diagnosis of different types of urinary incontinence, being higher in the case of UUI. -- Key words: Urinary incontinence, urodynamics, female.
