--- OBJECTIVE: Determine the relationship between the cytological findings and colposcopic cervical of pregnant women attending the oncology clinic of Teaching Hospital Mother Child “San Bartolome“ during 2015.METHODOLOGY: Observational study with correlational, retrospective descriptive cross-sectional design, which was shown as 115 pregnant women with abnormal cervical cytology that colposcopy were performed at the Oncological Clinic Teaching Hospital Mother Child St. Bartholomew during 2015. In the descriptive analysis of qualitative variables absolute and percentage frequencies were used and the inferential analyzes the relationship of the study variables by Chi-square, whose p <0.05 Pueba was calculated was significant.RESULTS: Users were 20 to 35 years (65.2%) were in the third trimester (51.3%) and were promigestas (39.1%). In the cytological findings, according to the Bethesda System, 64.3% of pregnant women had low-grade intraepithelial lesions, 14.8% high-grade intraepithelial lesions and 20.9% atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS). According Dysplasia and NIC system, 64.4% of pregnant women had CIN I / mild dysplasia, 7.8% CIN II / moderate dysplasia and 3.5% CIN III / severe dysplasia. As colposcopic findings, 50.4% have minor changes in grade I colposcopic findings, 20.9% and 16.5 Normal findings %% changes over grade II. There is significant relationship between the ASCUS / ASC - H and normal colposcopic findings (p = 0.009). Also, there is a relationship between low-grade intraepithelial lesion and colposcopic diagnosis of minor changes grade I (p = 0.000). Finally, there was a relationship between the cytological results of high-grade intraepithelial lesion and colposcopic results of changes greater degree II / invasive cancer (p = 0.000).CONCLUSIONS: There is a relationship between colposcopic and cytologic findings of the cervix in pregnant women attending the oncology clinic of Teaching Hospital Mother Child “San Bartolome“ during 2015.KEYWORDS: Cytology, colposcopy, findings, cervix, pregnancy.
