-- Unilocular hidatidosis’s disease whose etiological agent is the tapeworm Echinococcus granulosus, affects differents endemic zones in Peru. At this time, the methodology of the molecular analysis of the DNA has been used for the knowledge of this parasite through isolation of its genes, the study of its structure and organization, as well as the expression of the same. The application of these techniques has revolutionized the study of this parasite, recognition a minimum of ten strains. The taxonomic and phylogenetic status of Echinococcus granulosus strains are still controversial and under discussion; genetic variation in E. granulosus has been analyzed for DNA nucleotide sequence variation within of the region mitochondrial and nuclear region of the ribosomal of DNA. These variants are referrend to as strains, and they have been generally named after their typical intermediate hosts. To date, 10 genotypes (G1 – G10) of Echinococcus granulosus have been identified; this variability has important implications for the pathology of the disease, development of vaccines, diagnostic reagents and drugs effective against this parasite. In this research, we isolate different hydatic cysts from ovines, bovines, pork and sudamerican camels, this samples was get from Ayacucho, Cuzco, Pasco and Puno, all belong from central highland and south of Peru. The DNA extraction was done with phenol- cloroform- isoamil alcohol. We did Nested-PCR using primers from ribosomal genes ITS-1, and then the genotyping was done with RFLP PCR using different cutting restriction enzymes. We found two genetics patterns. The representatives patterns, their fragments produced by nested-PCR were amplified and directly sequenced and then with Bioinformatics programs determine one patters belong G1 and others was probably restricted from south-American camels that live in high altitudes in Peru. Although the number of Peruvian isolates examined was not extensive, the G1 genotype (113/120) was far more prevalent in domestic animals. Besides ours dates constitute an important contribution for the Control programs that realize a continuous monitoring of endemic areas through the implementation of a suitable treatment of the animal infected and the training of the settlers about the risks of contracting the disease in contaminated areas and of the conducts adapted for the handling of infected organs. In particular, the existence of different genotypes has to contribute to take measures from importance epidemiologist and to establish strategies where the objective is the prevention, treatment and control of the infections caused by E. granulosus in their different hosts from the different endemic zone from Peru.
