--- This thesis “New approach to homeopathic medicine registration based on the mother tinctures registration“ seeks to highlight the need to provide health registration to mother tincture used in Homeopathy, as a starting point for the development of homeopathic medicines since at present by the lack of legal provisions which establish the sanitary registration of these semi-finished products results in the Homeopathic medicines are marketed products that are not integrated into a chain of quality, are subject to informal and that may affect the health of the end user. Guidelines and technical criteria for the evaluation of the documents required for registration / re-registration of the mother tinctures are also established, which are in line with the quality standards and manufacturing methods must meet the mother tinctures developed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia and valid European Pharmacopoeia in. Finally it makes it clear that a health record of mother tinctures will allow homeopathic medicines developed by the pharmaceutical professional are manufactured in turn mother tincture quality and therefore the final product quality is ensured.
