This is the final report of an investigation of descriptive and correlational (Between Quality Management and Performance Management Teaching), the design is not experimental, cross-sectional, this study not only describes but also allow us to infer the results to larger populations. The study object of this research is to study the association between Management Quality and Performance Management Institute Professor in Particular “The Pontifical“ Carmen Alto District Ayacucho, as perceived y the direct users, ie students of I - IV Series 2010 - I, for that purpose we made a ensuesta using a validated questionnaire as a tool in science whose Fitting your reach acceptable reliability (r = 90%). We obtained a probability sample with systematic selection of 124 of 328 students. The results show a clear association between the Quality Management and Performance Management Teachers (Inertia: 79.1%, chi2 = 50.35, p = 0.00 <0.05). Also noteworthy is that the quality and quantity of computer equipment, Internet access and email are there in high school (35.40%), the quality and quantity of media that are available teachers (38.70%) and the number of teaching laboratories are there in high school (36.30%), most students qualify it as bad. Quite the opposite in terms of respect, acceptance of students' ideas and dignity of the teacher in dealing with others, where 37.90% of the students calls it good.
