--- Apples and grapes are fruits very consumed by people, especially in our country as part of the lunchbox, particularly for children. For that reason, it was investigated the presence of phosphorus pesticides bodies by the AOAC Official Method 2007.01 - “Pesticide Residues in Foods by Acetonitrile Extraction and partitioning with Magnesium Sulfate“. The extraction was done with acetonitrile in buffered medium with acetic acid - sodium acetate followed by a clean-up, combined with primary secondary amine, and magnesium sulfate, to finally be analyzed by LC / MS-MS (liquid chromatograph accepted with mass spectrometer in Tandem) and GC-MS (gas chromatograph coupled to mass spectrometer). Ten (10) samples of apples, five (5) samples of Calango and five (5) samples of Santa Cruz de Flores, from the Cañete province were taken. No organ-phosphorus pesticide residues were found. The 100% of the grapes presents other pesticides residues such as and Pyraclostrobin and Cyprodinil, and the 50% of apples presents pesticides such as tebuconazole and cypermethrin. Calango and Santa Cruz de Flores districts do not receive information about the danger of the use of pesticides and do not use the proper personal protective equipment. Keywords: LC/MSMS, GC-MS, Residue, Pesticide, Clean-Up.
