Enfermería basada en evidencias en los centros de salud de Lima Metropolitana: facilitadores y barreras, año 2003

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación titulado Enfermería Basada en Evidencias en los Centros de Salud de Lima Metropolitana: Facilitadores y Barreras Año 2003, surgió de la necesidad de identificar los instrumentos facilitadores y las barreras para desarrollar una adecuada Enfermería Basada en Evidencias (EBE) en el primer nivel de atención, su principal objetivo fue determinar la prioridad de los instrumentos facilitadores y las barreras para la aplicación de la EBE además identificar las áreas críticas para fortalecer estrategias de mejoramiento; la hipótesis fue que los facilitadores para la aplicación de la EBE están relacionados prioritariamente con: Soporte de los directivos, motivación del personal y soporte de los compañeros; y las barreras están relacionadas prioritariamente con: La enfermera no se siente con suficiente autoridad y autonomía para cambiar los cuidados derivados de la investigación, el análisis estadístico no es comprensible y el tiempo es insuficiente para implementar las nuevas ideas. Para dicho estudio se utilizó el tipo de investigación cuantitativa cuyo método utilizado fue el descriptivo – transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 52 enfermeras de los diferentes Centros de Salud de Lima Metropolitana, a las cuales se les aplicó un cuestionario, luego se procesaron los datos y del cual se concluyó que el primer facilitador para la EBE fue la motivación del personal y la primera barrera fue que la enfermera no se siente con suficiente autoridad y autonomía para cambiar los cuidados derivados de la investigación, además y dentro delas áreas críticas está la ideología de la enfermera.

The titled work of investigation Infirmary Based on Evidences in the Centers of Metropolitan Health of Lima: Facilitadores and Barreras Year 2003, arose from the necessity to identify the facilitadores instruments and the barriers to develop a suitable Infirmary Based on Evidencias (EBE) in the first level of attention, its main objective was to determine the priority of the facilitadores instruments and the barriers for the application of the EBE in addition to identify the areas critics to fortify improvement strategies; the hypothesis was that the facilitadores for the application of the EBE are related primarily to: Support of the directors, motivation of the personnel and has supported of the companions; and the barriers are related primarily to: The nurse does not feel with sufficient authority and autonomy to change the cares derived from the investigation, the statistical analysis is not comprehensible and the time is insufficient to implement the new ideas. For this study was used the type of quantitative investigation whose used method was the descriptive one? cross-sectional. The sample was conformed by 52 nurses of the different Centers from Metropolitan Health of Lima, to which a questionnaire was applied to them, soon the data were processed and of which it concluded that the first facilitador for the EBE was the motivation of the personnel and the first barrier was that the nurse does not feel like with sufficient authority and autonomy to change the cares derived from the investigation, in addition and inside delas areas critics is the ideology of the nurse.
