-- This Study included 6000 patients retrospectly above up 60 years old, which accuded to the saint Joseph Geriatric PNP Clinic’s Emergency Room. In order to determining, the patologies frecuency and which are the severity status and morbility of them. The final conclutions of this study were: 4.8% of patients corresponded at the level of severity Emergencies, 31.1% to Urgencies and 64.1% to Common Acute Pathology. According to level of severity the most illnesses have seen were: for Emergencies, Cases Respiratory Insuficience Acute (21.2%), Thoracic Pain Syndrome (17.7%) and Sepsis (14.1%), for Urgencies: Hipertensive Crisis (15.9%), Lumbalgia (13.2%) and Acute Gastroentercholitis (11.5%), and for Common Acute Patologies: Faringitis (17.8%), Blood Presure Controlled (6.7%), Bronchitis (5.9%). The obtained information, it’ll alow us to evaluate the main necessities of human and material resources for this Policial heath Institution.
