Sistema de Información Gerencial y la Gestión Administrativa de la Institución Educativa Honores del distrito de San Martin de Porres, 2018

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada: Sistema de Información Gerencial y la Gestión Administrativa de la Institución Educativa Honores de San Martin de Porres, 2018, se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar la relación que existe entre el sistema de información gerencial y la gestión administrativa de la Institución Educativa Honores del distrito San Martin de Porres, 2018. El método aplicado en la investigación fue hipotético deductivo, con enfoque cualitativo, el estudio aprovecho para este fin el diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo correlacional, de corte transversal, que acopió investigación en un periodo determinado, aplicando el instrumento cuestionario para las variables con escala de Likert. El sistema de información gerencial y la gestión administrativa como estrategia determinante para la toma de decisión en la institución educativa, adquieren importancia, debido a que actualmente las empresas que no se adaptan al ritmo con que se intercambia la información, tendrán mayores dificultades para diferenciarse de la competencia y conseguir que los clientes perciban el cambio de los servicios que ofrecen. El avance tecnológico ha tomado relevancia en la organización y debemos estar preparados para estos cambios, los cuales faciliten la implementación y sostenibilidad para el desarrollo de la institución educativa y adaptarnos al manejo de los sistemas de información existentes en el mercado. El resultado de los datos obtenidos del sistema de información gerencial, se observa que el 94,1% de los encuetados opinan que ocasionalmente o a veces se encuentran de acuerdo con la respectiva variable, frente a un 4,4% que mencionan nunca, y el 1,5% estima que siempre. Además, el 97,1% de encuestados manifiesta que a veces existe una adecuada gestión administrativa, el 2,9% de trabajadores mencionan que nunca y, el 0,0% que siempre. Lo que permite concluir que existe correlación positiva alta porque el indicador de Pearson es ,863 frente a un grado de significancia bilateral ,021, entre el sistema de información gerencial y la gestión administrativa; consiguientemente, aceptamos la hipótesis alterna y rechazamos la hipótesis nula.

This thesis entitled: Management Information System and Administrative Management of the Honors Educational Institution of San Martín de Porres, 2018, is determined with the objective of determining the relationship between the management information system and the administrative management of the Institution Educational Honors of the San Martín de Porres district, 2018. The method applied in the investigation was hypothetical deductive, with a qualitative approach, the study took advantage of this nonexperimental design of a correlational descriptive type, cross-sectional, that collected research in a period determined, applying the questionnaire instrument for variables with Likert scale. The management information system and administrative management as a determining strategy for decision-making in the educational institution, acquire importance, because currently companies that do not adapt to the pace with the exchange of information, especially greater difficulties to differentiate from the competition and get customers to perceive the change in the services they offer. The technological advance has taken relevance in the organization and we must be prepared for these changes, which facilitate the implementation and sustainability for the development of the educational institution and adapters to the management of the information systems affected in the market. The result of the data obtained from the management information system, it is observed that 94.1% of respondents believe that occasionally or sometimes they agree with the respective variable, compared to 4.4% that they never mention, and 1.5% estimated always. In addition, 97.1% of respondent’s state that there is sometimes adequate administrative management, 2.9% of workers mention that never and 0.0% as always. This allows us to conclude that there is a high positive correlation because the Pearson indicator is, 863 against a degree of bilateral significance, 021, between the management information system and administrative management; consequently, we accept the alternate hypothesis and reject the null hypothesis.
