--- Descriptive research that studies attitudes toward the Inner Nursing care of the Elderly and Community Hospital rotation as interns. The results of which will serve the teachers of the School of Nursing to strengthen positive attitudes toward caring for Older Persons and modify those unfavorable trend of rejection. Internal 59 participated. We applied two questionnaires, one for the community area and one for the hospital area, made with the semantic differential technique, consisting of 4 Reagents and each with twelve bipolar scales, considering factors evaluation, activity, potency and familiarity. Data processing was done manually, using a statistical package in Excel (XLSTAT). The information is presented in tables and graphs (profiles). Among its conclusions, the attitude towards the care of elderly person as a biopsychosocial is mild acceptance. According dimensions biological, psychological and social, in both rotations, attitude is with mild rejection. It is regarded as tired, difficult and complex. Are the factors of action, power and familiarity which are located in the area of rejection with mild to moderate, with the highest rejection familiarity factor. The evaluation factor lies in the field of light acceptance; in both rotations. According to rating scales, care for elderly person as a biopsychosocial is considered complex, difficult and tiring, considering in turn as rewarding bearable and, to a lesser intensity, as pleasant and interesting, in both rotations.
